2025-2026 FREDERICKSBURG HIGH SCHOOL BAND AND COLOR GUARD REGISTRATION
Band Registration will take place on April 28th and 29th from 5-7pm in the FHS Auditorium. Listed below is the outline of the registration process. If you need assistance or can not attend, please contact Mrs. Jesika Graff at jesikag@fisd.org.
Please create all needed accounts and complete all forms prior to registration to expedite the registration process.
PLAN TO ATTEND REGISTRATION ON APRIL 28TH OR APRIL 29TH TO MAKE SURE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE SUBMITTED CORRECTLY AND TO PAY YOUR STUDENT'S $65 DPEOSIT TO REGISTER. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNTIL THEIR DEPOSIT IS PAID.
Color Guard Registration will take place at the 2025 Guard Parent Meeting on April 22nd at 5pm in the FHS Library. Please contact Mrs. Graff with any questions.
CHECK-IN
At registration, all students will pick up a 'Registration Checklist.' This is to ensure you visit all stations and complete all needed requirements to successfully register as a member of The Pride of the Texas Hill Country. A staff member at each station will initial to verify your information is correct. You will not be considered registered until you have visited all stations and turned your checklist in at the checkout table.

PRESTO ACCOUNTS
Please click HERE to create or log in to your Presto Account. All band and color guard students and one parent/guardian must create a Presto Account. Please do not leave any fields blank, as this is the #1 cause of misinformation.

STEP 2
MEDICAL RELEASE FORM / UIL FORM / PHYSICAL
These forms are required of ALL students every year.
The Medical Release Form is used in case of emergencies while the band is traveling (including football games). Please click HERE to complete the Medical Release Form.
The UIL 8-Hour Form is an acknowledgment of practice hours for marching band. Please click HERE to print and sign the UIL 8-Hour Form.
ALL PHYSICALS MUST BE COMPLETED ON THE NEW 2024 PHYSICAL FORM. WE CANNOT ACCEPT OLD PHYSICAL FORMS.
Please click HERE to print and complete the UIL Physical Form. Take it with you to your doctor for completion. All physical forms must be signed and stamped by a medical professional and must be submitted by July 18, 2025. Students can not attend band camp and not march until a physical is turned in to Mrs. Graff in the Band Office.
FREE PHYSICALS WILL BE OFFERED BY FISD IN MAY BEFORE THE END OF THE SCHOOL YEAR. DETAILS WILL BE SENT OUT VIA PRESTO AND REMIND AS MORE INFO BECOMES AVAILABLE.
STEP 3
MEASUREMENTS
All members of The Pride of the Texas Hill Country will have specific apparel items they will be required to wear at certain performances or events. We will record a shirt size, shorts size, and waist measurement at Registration. T-shirt and shorts sizing are unisex.

STEP 4
FINANCE AND PAYMENT
At registration, staff members will assign required items to the student's Presto Account. Payment can be accepted via cash, check, money order, or card. A minimum of $65 must be paid to register for the 2025-2026 school year. ALL OUTSTANDING BALANCES FROM THE PREVIOUS MARCHING SEASON MUST BE PAID OFF BEFORE FEES CAN BE APPLIED TO THE UPCOMING MARCHING SEASON.
To pay by check or money order, please make payable to the FHS Band Activity Fund. A staff member will manually enter your payment into your student's Presto account.
Financial Assistance and payment plans are available. Please speak with the staff at the payment station or contact Mrs. Graff for more information.
CHECK-OUT
